This Data Processing Agreement forms part of the Terms of Service between DK Enterprise, Inc. ("Processor") and the customer ("Controller") for the processing of personal data in connection with the service.

Scope of processing

DK Enterprise processes personal data solely to provide the service in accordance with the Controller's documented instructions.

Subprocessors

Controller authorizes DK Enterprise to engage the subprocessors listed on our subprocessors page, subject to notice of material changes.

Security measures

DK Enterprise maintains technical and organizational measures described in our Security Policy.
