You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for billing errors or as required by law.

Custom enterprise agreements may include separate refund and termination terms as specified in the signed order form.
